However, with the newer method created by Raylen Sterling in his eBook "Master Cleanse Secrets", the Master Cleanse is now an easy diet to go on with his "safe" list of foods you can eat. His method is more of a "diet" and less of a "fast" and now with his newer method, you only need to go on it for 10 days and still have the same results as the old method.

Sterling's goal was to make the Master Cleanse easy for any regular person to go on. Lemonade fasting has received a lot of attention because many celebrities have admitted to going on the diet like Beyonce Knowles and Robin Quivers.
