On the other hand, if you are overweight, and would like to shed a few pounds, diet along with healthy eating habits exercise, hydration, and sleep will help you to remove a portion of the fullness in your face. Remember that as we age, our face will become thinner. That's just part of the aging process.

So let's review the steps necessary to lose facial fat.

Step 1. HOW TO LOSE FACE FAT

Don't eat as much. Decrease your calorie intake by cutting out additional fats. Eat healthy food such as veggies, and make sure you eat a balanced diet. Eat smaller meals often so as to ward off the hunger pans that will tempt you to consume unwanted calories. "Don't Cheat!"

Exercise is a vital element that is necessary for your body to lose face fat, or any fat. Exercise will reduce fat and produce muscle. Remember to always check with a physicial, especially if you have health problems or concerns before starting any exercise program. There are many types of exercises available ranging from aerobics, cycling, dance, weights and the list goes on. Find one that you like and can personalize the time and style to your specific likes and dislikes.

Exercise can be fun, so set a goal to start, and follow thru on that goal. Do not give up. Quitters never win! YOU CAN DO IT!

That is because to function properly and at it's best potential, the body need rest. You will be more able to follow thru with your exercise program if you are well rested.
