In this article I'm going to show you the 2nd easiest thing you need to do every morning to help you lose weight. Again I'll explain why it's so important and why you need to do it a certain way (this is simple, but very important) that other people often don't follow. By not doing it this way they're hurting their weight loss efforts.

Okay, are you ready?

Tip #2:

You need to eat breakfast every morning. You probably already knew that, but in this article I'm going to tell you a few things about breakfast, and eating breakfast you may not know.

When you look at the word "breakfast" you probably just see a word that means eating a meal in the morning. But look closer. Break+fast. By eating breakfast you are breaking your fast. What does that mean?

Well, you probably haven't eaten since dinnertime the night before. Or maybe you had a light snack later in the evening. But you've been asleep for eight hours and your body hasn't had any food (which means nourishment) in 10-12 hours.

In other words, you've been fasting while you've been asleep Now that you're awake you want to break that fast and give your body nourishment. Nourishment doesn't mean donuts or a bears claw either. Nourishment means healthy food.

Okay, here's the important tip. If you want to lose weight you are better off eating eggs with wheat toast for breakfast than you are eating cereal or oatmeal.

Why is that? Cereal, with milk, or oatmeal are very high in carbohydrates, while eggs are protein. Carbohydrates will burn through you body quickly and soon you'll be hungry again, which means you'll be eating again which means you'll be eating more calories.

Protein on the other hand takes longer for your body to break down. The benefit for you is that you feel fuller longer. And when you feel full, you're not hungry. When you're not hungry, you're not eating and adding calories.

By adding whole wheat toast you're also getting fiber into your diet. If you want to add a little southwestern flair to your meal you could use some whole wheat, low-carb tortillas and throw in some salsa to spice it up.

By the way, eat the yolks. It's a good fat and it's also the tasty part.

If you eat breakfast and have eggs with whole wheat toast or whole wheat, low carb tortillas your body and your health will thank you.
