Our body was made for eat. It doesn’t change for tens of thousands of years. Our body doesn’t know that we want to fit into skinny jeans, it just recognize that the lowered food supply as a serious threat. After know this fact, you should stay away from crash diet or low calorie diet. After know what doesn’t work, you need to know what will work! You need to active your fat burn machine. There are two fat burn machines in your body:

1. Muscle: Toned and firmed up and any lost muscle tissue replaced so we can burn more calories every single minute of the day. As you know that muscle burn fat, even you are sitting and watching TV. And the only way to do this is to get started on a strength training program. Make sure a fitness professional help you to set up your program properly, so you can learn correct exercise technique.

2. Metabolism: High metabolism means burn calories faster. You need to eat 5 small meals a day. Each meal should be around 400-500 calories and be eaten every 2-3 hours. And the most important thing to have a high metabolism is never skip your meals. Missed meals and not enough food will send your body back to the slowed metabolic rate and you will be constantly working against your body rather than with it.
