How To: Six Pack- 4 Surefire Tips That’ll Get You Ripped

How to: six pack tip #1 - Get Lean

The key to seeing your abs is losing the layer of fat that covers them up. Everyone has abs, it all depends on how much body fat you have. For men, to see your abs you should strive to reduce your body fat down to about 10-11%. Women will start to see there abs at around 15-16%.

How to: six pack tip #2 - Train Intensely

To lose fat fast, you must train intensely. Now the good news is that the best way to do this is with simply your own bodyweight. No equipment or expensive gadgets are required.

You can simply select 3-5 bodyweight exercises, do close to as many reps as you can for each exercise, one after another without a break. Once you have finished the last exercise, rest for a minute and repeat another 3-4 times.

 Here is an example...

Push Ups x 20-30

Burpees x 15-30

Sit Ups x 15-30

Pull Ups x 5-12

Max Height Jumps x 8-15

Rest 60 seconds

Repeat 3-4 times 

Do routines similar to this 3-4 times a week and your fat will have no chance of survival!

How to: six pack tip #3 - Blast Your Abs

Although you will never have a six pack until you have reduced your body fat, you should still train them so that they are muscular and well developed when they finally do “make an appearance”.

Here is a killer routine that you can perform 2-3 times a week

Reverse crunches

Leg raises

Side crunches

Seated leg tucks

Abdominal crunch

Perform 10-15 reps of each exercise one after another without a break. Once you have finished, rest for 1-2 minutes by doing some stomach vacuums, then repeat twice more.

How to: six pack tip #4 - Be Active

Make a conscious effort to be more active in your day to day activities. Park further away, walk more often, walk faster, participate in more leisure activities and get stuck into the house and yard work. 

Think about how someone with a six pack would carry out their daily activities. Would they waste half an hour driving around the car park trying to find one closest to the entrance?

Hell no!

They would park further away and be proud to walk!

Create the habits of someone who has a six pack now and very soon you’ll have one of your own.

I know it doesn’t sound like much but it all adds up and this extra activity will definitely show on your waistline.

Now to get a six pack, exercising correctly only makes up for about 30% of your results.

The other 70% is determined by your diet.

You cannot out exercise a bad diet!
