How To Lose Back Fat Fast And Get A Stunning V Shape With Pizza & Beer

Are you wondering how to lose back fat fast?

Well in this article I hope to shortcut the 8 years I spent in trial and error with diets, training and fat loss, and show you what I have learnt to be the fastest and easiest way possible to lose fat from your back.

How To Lose Back Fat  In 3 Simple Steps

1.WATCH HOW MUCH YOU EAT

Diets are ridiculous now and have lost all meaning of the phrase “common sense”.

I mean the common belief amongst the general public now is that we are overweight because we eat too much sugar, too many carbs, the wrong type of fat or not enough protein.

Well I am pleased to tell you it is all crap!

A certain food doesn’t make us fat….too much food makes us fat!

So if you want to lose back fat fast, then you simply have to eat less than you need. It doesn’t matter if its burgers, pizza and beer or egg whites, vegetables and protein shakes, you will lose fat if you eat less than you need.

The only reason all those different diets out there work is because they create a deficit. It has nothing to do with the foods they make you eat or not eat!

So then to enable you to be consistent for as long as possible I suggest eating whatever you want and instead focus your dieting energy on how much you eat.

Trust me on this one.

It wasn’t until I followed this “credo” that I managed to lose 40 pounds and get in the best shape of my life. This was because I enjoyed my food, I didn’t feel deprived, my willpower wasn’t tested and my cravings were non existent.

So if you love a beer, or a pizza while watching the footy, don’t deprive yourself of it. Just keep track of how much you eat and you will lose fat as fast as any other diet you would have tried.

Note: A good place to start would be to eat 11 calories per pound of bodyweight.

2. EXERCISE

The fastest way to lose fat especially from stubborn areas like your back, is to do short, interval workouts.

Now the best way to do this is to simply select a cardio exercise like boxing, skipping, running or the exercise bike, and go flat out as hard as you can for 30 seconds. Then rest 30 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8-12 reps.

This will shed fat so much faster than sitting on an exercise bike for so long that the bike and you have become one!

3. STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength training not only helps you lose back fat faster becuase of its intensity, but it sculpts your back muscles and build that V-shape illusion like nothing else can.

Now keep this simple. All that you have to do is 1 set where you lift as much weight as you possibly can for 8-12 reps. Focus on lifting more weight or doing more reps each week.

So basically try to get stronger each week and the results will follow.

Now you will get best results by doing the heavy big stuff like bench presses, dips, chin ups, rows, shoulder presses, deadlifts, squats and leg presses.

To tone and develop your back muscles I recommend that you focus on getting as strong as possible in chin ups, deadlifts and the shoulder press.
