How To Lose Fat Thighs In 3 easy Steps
1.WATCH HOW MUCH YOU EAT
Diets have gone crazy making us believe that certain foods make us fat. This is entirely false. The truth is â€¦
Too much food makes us fat.
The bottom line to successful fat loss is to eat less than you need. It doesnâ€™t matter if its pizza, chocolate or ice cream, or egg whites, tuna and protein shakes, you will lose fat if you eat less than you need.
This is the only reason why all those different diets work. Itâ€™s not because of the foods they make you give up, are the foods they force you to eat, itâ€™s because they are creating a calorie deficit.
So wouldnâ€™t it make sense to eat foods we enjoy?
Trust me on this one.
It wasnâ€™t until I followed this â€œcredoâ€ that I managed to lose 40 pounds and get in the best shape of my life. This was because I enjoyed my food, I didnâ€™t feel deprived, my willpower wasnâ€™t tested and my cravings were non existent.
So eat only foods you enjoy and simply monitor how much you eat, (approximately 11 calories per pound of bodyweight is a good place to start) and the fat will start falling off your thighs.
The fastest way to lose fat from your thighs is to do short, interval workouts. For example, letâ€™s say you usually jump on the exercise bike 3 days a week for 20 minutes at a time. Well instead of doing this, I recommend that you go for only 10 minutes, where you will alternate between 30 seconds of max bursts of effort, followed by 30 seconds of active recovery.
This pushes your metabolism (and heart rate mind you!) to the max, resulting in much more fat burnt overall.
3. STRENGTH TRAINING
Intense strength training not onlyÂ loses fat from thighsÂ but it sculpts yourÂ them like nothing else can.
Now keep this simple. All that you have to do is 1 set where you lift as much weight as you can for 10-15 reps.
Do this with 3-4 exercises (2 upper body exercises, 2 legs exercises) 1-2 times a week will be plenty.
For best results stick to exercises like push ups, bench presses, dips, chin ups, and rows.
Along with these exercises you will obviously have to do some leg stuff. I believe that the best exercises to tone your thighs are lunges, squats, leg press and split squats. If I had to pick one it would be split squats.
Just remember though that your diet makes up about 70-80% of your success in losing fat from your thighs.
