4. Try to eat frequently small meals per day (four or five) rather than two or three large meals. And don’t forget to add all of the major food groups: fruits and vegetables, meat and poultry, breads, and dairy.

5. Drink a plenty of water every day. Try to drink minimum of eight full glasses of water.
