Here are some examples of things you can overlook when you don't have enough time:

5. Stress - living the busy life can very easily add mental and physical stress without you even noticing. In the context of diet, it means your judgment is lacking, you tend to take easy choices with instant benefits - which usually means fat or sweet foods rather than healthy food and slumping in front of the TV rather than exercising. Basically, you allow yourself to slip because you're stressed out.
