3. You need to not only eat the right things but eat in the right way - For instance, eating a lot of small meals each day instead of eating 3 large meals can help maintain a high level of metabolism throughout the day. Another tips is to not eat for 2 hours before bed time to help with a proper digestion and help you sleep better during the night.
