How to Lose 16 Pounds In a Week

Recently, I’ve been asked the following question: how to lose 16 pounds in a week. It seems like everyone has that personal number of pounds they want to shed, don’t they? But what struck me the most is how fast people want to shed weight. After all, 16 pounds isn’t so little that only 7 days should do it.

But I decided to answer this question in all seriousness: yes, it is possible to lose 16 pounds in a week provided that you’re willing to be extreme about it.
