Some pills destroy appetite, while some others bring forth giddiness, joint pains, stomach ache etc in the long run. What I mean here is you should focus on healthy weight loss.

This is a long term plan which combines your attitude, eating habits, motivation to exert your physically and hope for a better future. Leave one of these aside, and your entire weight loss program would come crashing down.
