Lose Weight by Thanksgiving - Im Not Talkin Turkey!

If you want to lose weight by Thanksgiving, you can do it.  How much weight you lose depends on you.  There are several factors to consider that determine the amount you will lose.  They include:

How overweight are  you? If you have a lot of weight to lose, you will lose weight faster than someone who does not have as much weight to lose. A person who is very heavy can lose weight rather quickly in the beginning. Are you willing to exercise? If you are willing to add some form of exercise to your routine that you will give 30 minutes each time to, you will see quicker results than if you just dieted.  An added benefit is that your body will appear toned when you do start to drop inches. Can you practice self-discipline in the face of so many goodies?  If you can, your chances of success are greater than someone who cheats on their diet and has very little willpower.

There are a few things you can do to lose a little weight by Thanskgiving.  They are:

Replace sodas with water.  No more sodas! Even diet sodas. Start walking! Any added form of exercise will help you to lose weight. You are looking for an exercise that gives you continuous aerobic activity. Eliminate all junk food.  This one is obvious.

If you really want to lose weight by Thanksgiving, find an effective diet program that allows you to eat the foods you like and follow it as required.  If you want to lose the most weight possible, you will need to start your new diet program immediately.
