Free Weight Loss - 4 Common Mistakes For Fitness

Are you trying to lose weight? Most of the people who tried to lose weight have dropped out of a program at least once. Well it's normal as we know eating the same kind of foods daily is quite boring, as well as suiting up at the gym only to go through the same motions. However, this kind of mood cab be avoided if you have a planning and own a positive attitude.

Here we list some common mistakes that most people do when trying to lose weight.

1) Lack of planning

This is a most common mistake for a beginner. What's your target? How many pound you want to get rip of? If you didn't set your target clearly, how can you know if you have reached it or not? Going to gym with a vague target in mind is the easy way to fail. Don’t have any ideas how to set your goal? Ask a doctor or any bodybuilder you know, they have plenty of knowledge for this. Alternatively, you can always try to focus on the number of inches you want to drop off your stomach, bottom and thighs.

2) Workout too little

Many people tend to think they have done for the day while they are only lifting two dumbbells a couple of time. You have to know how much workouts are needed for you to achieve your goal. If you don't have much knowledge to make your own program, ask a gym trainer or a veteran bodybuilder there. Believe me; most of them are usually quite happy to show off their knowledge to others.

3) Workout too frequent

Too much workout is also bad. You should know that our muscles need time to grow and the body needs time to burn fat. Do not think that our body only burns up fat during the exercises. The more muscles mass you have, the faster calories are burnt because muscles need energy for maintenance all the time, even when you're resting. Overtraining will simply make you tired without any additional benefits. If you're trying too hard too soon, you're simply asking to fail

4) Keep repeating the same thing

We all know that consistency is the key for weight loss. However, do not try to do the exactly same things repeatedly. You will only lose the motivation if you keep doing the same exercises in the same order repeatedly. Try to juggle around with the exercises that form your routine and replace them with new ones every now and then. Find variations on a classic exercise and try them out. Be creative and make things interesting for yourself.
