1. Come home early enough and start taking walks together. Walking one hour a few days a week is going to get the fat going. Spend time romancing her during the walk. It will build her up and she will never know that your main motivation was weight loss.

3. When you see her bring in a box of say, donuts or sitting down about to devour the entire tray of Oreos. Distract her and say honey can you help me to do something. 4. Exercise together. Find fun things to do like taking a dance class or dancing in the privacy of your room. Wash the car together. Join a martial arts group. Do water sports or water aerobics. You will be building your relationship while loosing weight at the same time.

5. Praise her. Tell her how wonderful she looks right now and how glad you are to have her in your life.

6. When you notice the weight coming off, buy her a new outfit one size smaller and tell her you noticed that she was losing a little weight and that she just might be needing some new clothes. This will blow her mind.

By the time you get through doing all these wonderful, simple little things, both of you would have lost weight and be much happier. The dynamics of your relationship would have changed for the better and you would have gotten your goal accomplished without ever having to say one word. Not one single word.
