2.Â Another tip on how to lose weight after pregnancy is to workout.Â If you feel like and have the strength, you can weight train, do cardio, or take a fitness class.Â Pilates, yoga, and aerobics will help you take the weight off.Â But if you're still tired from having your baby, you can just walk around your neighborhood and stretch.Â This will get your muscles active, which will help your body increase its metabolism.
3.Â The third thing you can do to lose weight after having your baby is to breast feed your child.Â This will help you burn calories and is a great way to burn fat.Â It's also good for your baby, too.
