Avoid Fad Diets - I know the magazine was talking to while you waited in the grocery store about the miracle way to lose twenty pounds in twenty days by following the latest lose weight diet but in the long run the only weight you will lose is the money disappearing out of your pocket.  In order to pull off real weight loss and be able to keep it off is making healthy choices to your lifestyle through proper dieting and exercising.
