Check Your Food Intake- Most of the time belly fat is a result of undigested waste being stored in the muscles around our bellies. You need to control eating junk food and start a new food regime. Include whole meal carbohydrates, lot of green vegetables and fruits. When you curtail eating junk food the undigested waste will automatically reduce.

Drinking Plenty of Water- Drink cold water instead of water of room temperature. Recent studies have found that cold water is beneficial in burning fat faster than normal temperature water. Our bodies need to burn more energy to bring the cold water temperature to the body temperature.

Moderate Working Outs- Try brisk walking, jogging and swimming moderately. 15-20 minutes a day, 3 days a week is sufficient. Do not do hard cardio exercises as they have found to be counter productive when it comes to losing weight fast.
