OK, bad news fellas! When it comes to fat loss, your best bet is to put down the beer and lager and take a large step back!

For men drinking lager or beer on a regular basis, I have some bad news for you.

Not only will excess consumption give you a 'beer belly' but it will also give you the one thing ALL men fear... Man Boobs, or 'MOOBS' as I like to term them!

The hops found in beer are high in the female hormone 'estrogen', that will quite literally cause your pecs to wilt and develop breast tissue.

Now, NO man wants to wake up one day and contemplate wearing his wife's bra to keep his chest in place, so do me a favour...

If you drink a high amount of lager, bitter or beer, and you've noticed your chest is growing, (but not in the way you'd like it), take my advice;

1. Cut down and opt for the red wine instead, in smaller amounts
2. Watch your daily diet. Cut out the junk and the processed foods
3. Eat a variety of foods that help fight estrogen; broccoli, cauliflower, and watercress
4. Get more Zinc in your diet, which also keeps estrogen at bay; walnuts and pumpkin seeds

Throw in a regular dose of push ups and interval training into your exercise program, and those MOOBS should start to deflate over time.

Continue to drink too much of the hops though and you'll need to go bra shopping with your wife!
