2) Eat meals often - If you only eat just once per day your body is going to think that food is in scarce supply and in order to look after the food/energy that it does currently have in order to maintain survival it lowers the body's metabolic rate, this is dreadful news for burning belly fat and is the precise reason that low/restricted calorie diets are terribly ineffective!
 
In order to burn belly fat these are the steps that you are going to need to take:
a) Consume regular meals around 4-5 times each and everyday, eat until you feel satisfied or a little short of that. Steer clear of junk foods, sweets and foods like that, just plain old common sense really.

b) get some exercise, pretty much any form of exercise will help burn up calories however the best exercise consists of high intensity interval training. Working out with weights is also a terrific way to burn belly fat!

c) Keep going. you did not suddenly develop a large amount of belly fat in one week and therefore it will not disappear in one week either. If you make the recommended changes then over the course of a few weeks and months you will see the desired changes occurring. Stop looking for some miracle cure, there isn't one! Just be happy that you are in full control of the size of the belly you have and that you can burn belly fat if you so choose!
