One Week Fat Burning Diet - 7 Steps For Dramatic Results

Limit daily calories to 2,000 a day for men and 1,800 a day for women. Eat five small meals daily. Limit each meal to 300-400 calories. We all know you're not really preparing to starve, but your body does not know this. Putting small amounts of food regularly into your stomach tells your body starvation is not near. Small amounts of food eaten frequently signals the body to continue burning calories. Eating frequent small meals is so important to accelerating your body's one week fat burning diet! Eat at least every four waking hours. Good snacks include fruit, almonds, walnuts, carrots, yogurt (low calorie) among other smart choices. Drink at least 64 ounces of water daily.
