A Low Protein diet is best for weight loss This is FALSE. People need to remember almost any diet will work if the four major components are present and utilized. You need to be able to adjust your lifestyle and then stick to the diet to make it work. A moderate amount of protein in your diet can increase the sensation of being filled up. Most other diets you need to supplement this with water or more meals to offset the benefits of protein. A low protein diet will work but there are better diets that will do the same and you can get the benefits of protein in them.

Swimming is better for losing weight than walking. This is FALSE.
