Tony Horton is the creator of this program, along with the fitness professionals that make up Beach Body Workouts. There are 13 DVDs that make up this program, and there are written guides, or manuals that will help you in this process. They will guide you through things like what you should eat, what exercises to do each day, and so on. The best thing about all this is you don't need to join a gym to get fit and lose weight. All you need is a DVD player, a resistance band or set of dumb bells, and you'll be good to go. Also a towel to wipe the sweat off your body would be handy as well. This is a challenging program, but it will pay off in 90 days like it says, focusing on cardiovascular fitness, solid strength training, and core.

What Muscle Confusion Means for You

The basis of this fitness program is Muscle Confusion. The exercises are designed to keep your body on its toes so it won't get used to a workout, leading to a weight loss plateau. Every time you work out, you will be training a different part of your body a different way.
