Exercises to Burn Arm Fat and Get Rid of Arm Flab

Standing barbell curls - this is one of the best biceps exercise. Stand up straight and hold a barbell with an underhand grip. Curl the bar up without swinging your body, and then lower it back down to starting position.

Alternate dumbbell curls - holding a dumbbell in each hand, stand up straight with your palms facing the side of your body. Curl one dumbbell up, and slight rotate your wrist during the curling motion, so that at the top of the movement, your palm is facing the front of your body. Lower the weight back down to starting position, and then repeat with the other arm.

Close grip bench press - lie flat on a bench and hold the barbell with your hands about 6 to 8 inches apart. Keeping your elbows tight by your side and lower the weight down to your chest. Then press up to starting position.

Triceps pushdown - hold the bar with an overhand grip, and keep your elbows close to your body. Press the bar down and let your triceps contract fully. Let the bar come back up to starting position.

These are some of the most effective exercises to help you reduce arm flab and tone your arms.
