The truth is that there is only one way to lose your tummy fat and keep it off: a proven plan and hard work!

This doesn't mean spending your life in the gym or sacrificing all the foods you like to eat either. In fact, spending too much time working out and not eating enough can actually promote fat gain!

You need to develop a workout schedule and take action! In order to lose the fat, you need to be consistent with your workouts. The good news is you don't have to spend a ton of time in the gym or even workout every day.

Set out 3-4 days per week on your calendar that you can take 45 minutes out of and do your workouts. If losing your tummy fat is a priority in your life, then you should have no problem at all finding the time to do this. If you think you are just too busy and will never get around to it, then you need to look at your life and reprioritize some of the activities that consume all your time. I guarantee you can find the time if this is something you really want.

As long as you workout 3-4 days a week consistently, your metabolism will be elevated practically 24/7. That and the extra lean muscle you build will make it much easier for you to burn body fat.
