All you need to do is to start with your feet flat on the floor. Once you put your feet flat on the floor you should roll to the front of your toes and hold it for a couple of seconds. Stretching will also help you. When you are trying to build muscle you should always make sure that you stretch. Stretching allows toxins to get out of your muscles. When you allow the toxins to get out of your muscles they will be able to build much quicker.
