Although we can function for some time without the right vitamins and minerals it usually leaves us prone to illnesses and feeling lethargic. If we don’t have a proper balanced diet then this can cause us to miss out on the vitamins that we need.

For example vitamin E is one of the vitamins that we should have every day. It is found naturally in foods such as soya, corn, olive oil, nuts, seeds and wheatgerm. However if we are too busy to cook and prepare feels then these are often foods that we miss out on, and thus missing out on the vitamin E that we need so badly.

Luckily our bodies store up any vitamin E that we intake but do not use, which means that even if you don’t have some every day you might not necessarily be missing out. However you do need to have it sometimes so that your body can build up a stock of it.

Thankfully there is no real need to worry because there are supplements that you can take if you feel that you are missing out on vitamin E. This vitamin is vital to things such as our immune system and the antioxidants in our body so if you are not getting enough of it via food then you should look at the supplements that are available as soon as you can. There are many different high food shops (both on the high street and online) that sell vitamin E supplements which means that getting your hands on some should not be too much of a hassle, you should also find that it is affordable so being healthy doesn’t need to break the bank; which is something many of us worry about when it comes to buying different health supplements.
