Well today I am going to tell you just a few simple tips I use to burn that stubborn fat fast. In the news or on the Television, weight loss has became such a trending yet important topic. And to top it off the United States have the highest soaring record in obesity. Can you believe we carry that reputation in the whole entire world.

OK well lets get started on your path to weight loss freedom. It doesn’t take a lot to be on a proper diet just a little change. This secret would have been useful back then when I was in school. Well no one determines your fate but you and God. Now lets get to those wonderful weight loss tips.

Tip #1:

A remedy I have been using for a while, Vinegar and water. It has worked wonders for me and my family. Its a natural way to cut calories and pounds. The acidic power behind vinegar helps cut calories and also balances your pH level in the process. All you have to do is simply mix the water and vinegar then drink. Three teaspoons of vinegar and 8 to 12 ounces of water. All you have to do is drink this solution one to three times a day.

Tip #2:

Another mix I use to help regulate my weight is A blend of Aloe Vera juice ( Natural), Coconut water ( Natural), and water. You would want to mix these ingredients together and drink it one time a day. I have used this “potion” on my diet and it helped me greatly. I have seen good results. Its been a long time family secret that I am telling you now. I thought to myself hmmm why not share this idea since it helped my family and friends.


Tip #3:

This is the part where most people want to give up or don’t read on. They hear the word exercise then just think “ Uh oh this is too much.” But it doesn’t have to be. In fact it doesn’t have to be hard or boring. You will need to exercise at least 3 times a week but four is preferred. You can run in place for thirty five minutes or run laps around your neighborhood. As long as you do some activity that works your body then your good. Here is what I do to keep exercise at home fun. I would go to the local store and buy about 10 colored balls. Also I would purchase a basket unless you got one already that is currently not being used. And this part is fun especially when done with family. It helps keep you entertained and conscious to your work out. For every 5 or 10 minutes you jog in place take a quick 15 second break and throw a ball in the basket.

The way you eat your food and what your food consist of will need a change. Your going to have to change the foods you eat and eat them in a more healthier sense. That means your going to go for organic. Organic foods are produces in other words products you buy that haven’t been chemically altered. All those steroids and chemically unbalanced toxins are absorbed into our every day foods that’s why organic is the best way to go. Of course you can eat your favorite dishes but you will want to exchange your everyday products with organic products so that the meal you eat is more healthier. And just so you know you should restrict your calories make sure your meals fits a 300 to 450 calories.

These four tips do so much wonders if done properly and right. Just take a look after a week and you should see good results. You will not just look better but you will also feel much better with those sizes dropping down.
