30 Resolutions You Will Follow In New Years

Day 1: I will not add sugar to my cup of tea/coffee or milk anymore.

Day 2: I will start my day with a hot cup of water and 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds soaked overnight.

Day 3: My breakfast will be between 7-9 am.

Day 4: I shall have one seasonal fruit everyday at 10 am.

Day 5: Lunch will be between 12-2 noon.

Day 6: I shall have a fresh cut salad everyday in my lunch menu.

Day 7: I will stop eating fried foods ever.

Day 8: All biscuits, cookies in the house will be egg less and preferably wholegrain.

Day 9: White bread will not be on shopping list anymore.

Day 10: Dinner will be eaten by 8 pm.

Day 11: I will try and have a bowl of homemade soup with stir-fry vegetables for dinner today.

Day 12: I will eat a handful of nuts and prunes at 5 evening daily.

Day 13: Sprouts will be a part of my 6-7 evening hunger time snack.

Day 14: I will try and have soup and salad everyday for dinner and skip cereals and protein.

Day 15: I will start an exercise routine.

Day 16: I will ensure that I drink 1-2 liters of fresh water daily.

Day 17: Sweetened beverages will not be in my diet anymore.

Day 18: I will get 15 minutes of sunlight daily.

Day 19: I will make a health diary and make notes of my goals, obstacles and achievements.

Day 20: Consulting a diet expert to analyse my body constitution, BMI and diet is important.
