Apart from control on your diet, you need to pay attention to your exercising patterns as well. Determine your exercise routine and stick to it. Exercise is a slow but sure way of losing fat. However, if you keep changing your routine every other day, it would make no difference to the fat as you don't give enough time for your exercise to start having effect.

If you cannot find the time for hard-core exercises, plain walking and jogging also helps burn those unwanted calories. Doing household chores is a definitely a great way to control obesity. There are simple exercises such as skipping, and stretching that help in burning calories. Another great way to exercise is to use the stairs instead of taking the elevator. Also, when at workplace, avoid having too much coffee or tea.

Lastly, good sleeping habits and reducing stress levels go a long way in helping you stay fit. A minimum of 6 to 8 hours of sleep is a must.

Surgery and diet pills are often the go-to methods when people do not find the time for any of the above. However a healthy diet and exercise are the natural and safest methods to lose all the excess accumulated fat.
