Make exercise fun. The true secret to exercise is that a dieter needs to make it fun. They need to make exercise entertaining. Choose exercises that interest you. Some people prefer group activities, so taking a class would be ideal for them. Others like solo activities, so swimming or running could be a great exercise for them.
