First on the list is elbow to knee exercise. Lay flat and raise your feet upward. Take your hands behind your knee. Bring your right elbow to your knee and your left knee then take it down. Now, bring your left elbow to your right knee. Take it down slowly. Repeat this ten times.

You will need two dumbbells for the second exercise. Lay flat on your back while holding the dumbbells on each hand. Begin by raising your right hand up and place your left hand near your shoulder blade. Take the right dumbbell to your shoulder blade and raise the left dumbbell up to the ceiling. Do this 10 times.

Third exercise targets the mid section of your abs. Lay flat on the floor with your knees bent. Inhale gently and your belly should pooch upwart to the ceiling. Blow the air out to feel your belly button go down to you ribcage.

You will need 70 lbs dumbbells and a floor mat for the fourth exercise. Bring your toes in underneath the dumbbell handles and bend your knees. What you need to do is to try to stand up from a lying position with your hands on your chest. First thing that you need to do is to lay flat on the mat then pull your chest to your knees. From a sitting position, pull yourself up to a standing position and feel the pressure on your abs and legs. From a Standing position, bend your knees, sit down nice and slow then lay flat on the floor.

The fifth exercercise targets the muscles at the side of the stomach. Lie on your back and place your hands at the back of your neck. Raise your upper body. Pull up your right knee. Raise your left leg up and keep it straight. Pull your right knee to your left elbow. Keep going back and forth. Make sure not to flap your elbow across your body.
