It is very unhealthy to cut a huge amount of calories intake as it will just lose your muscle mass and you will actually damage your heart. Usually health experts recommend cutting only 100-200 calories per week as it is a healthy approach for your weight loss.

2. Increase the intake of water: Water is said to be the best appetite suppressant in comparison to any other thing. It’s natural and not harmful for our body. It is a fact that our body has 70% of water by mass and 90% of water in blood. Drinking plenty of water fills our stomach and keeps you away from overeating. It also helps in removing toxins from our body.

3. Try to eat less carbohydrate: You must avoid taking of carbohydrates which are found in white sugar, white rice, white bread, processed cereals etc. These carbohydrates provide you instant energy but if it is not consumed quickly then our body puts it away as ‘fat’. If you want to cut your calories, then try to have a balanced diet which offers small amount of carbohydrates. So it is necessary to focus your diet on proteins and healthy fats in order to get energy. Proteins and healthy fats are found in olive oil, avocado oil etc.
