The very idea that you could eat more, exercise less and lose weight holds a power and sway on me that is undeniable.  After all, everything we have been taught is pretty much the total opposite. That opposite is our reality of nutrition and weight loss.

It is about self-denial, discipline, uncomfortable effort and feeling deprived all the time. You just accept it. The problem is a big one. Many have tried and way too few have succeeded. They discover that this approach has no sustainability.

The program furthers the important concept that if you eat the right things at the appropriate times, you can eat more than enough to never feel deprived, yet still speed up your metabolism.

This is really the magic of the program and opens up the possibilities that are being reflected by many users who have seen impressive weight loss results. What should be worrisome for the user is that this is a program that is demanding. In fact, it requires more up front preparation work before you actually start the program than any weight loss program I have ever seen.  The idea is to have your body metabolism type locked down, to allow the program to tailor eating and exercise to maximize your results in the 6-week time frame. This is integral to the program but that doesn’t mean it is any less annoying. The thought process should be, that the smarter you approach this process with the most intent to do right, the better your results will be and the easier the results will come.
