Also burning fat in your body is a process that needs water to be done well, so drinking enough amount of water will make this process easier which of course will lead to more fat burned.
Drinking water before meals has another good effect in addition to the above as it will take some place in your stomach which will prevent you from eating a lot. Make it one third of the stomach for water, one third for air and one third for food and this is the maximum you should be doing. You can decrease the place for food and get better results if you would like to.

*Don’t Skip Regular Exercise

I know I know it is difficult especially for those who are very fat, but you can’t get around it. You need to exercise even if you walked every day for few minutes. Walk to your job place if it is not so far from your house instead of taking bus. If you have a bike and you ride it from time to time and think this is enough you should think again, ride your bike for about 20 minutes every day this how you can make a change to your weight as it is about regular exercise not just exercise.

Weight loss is not a magic process it takes time and effort so it needs motivation to keep going on till you achieve your goal. Increasing your motivation could be done by different ways, one of the best is to work in a group or at least with one of your friends. When you work alone you may be very serious about your plan at the first few days but then you lose energy. Working with a group or one of your friends makes each one of you motivate the other and keep track of one another.
