These illnesses can be from Alzheimer's, loss of memory, depression, migraines, mood changes, anxiety, panic attacks, vertigo to brain tumors.

The list does go on, but we don't need to delve into that. Don't forget that these sweeteners can also stimulate your appetite to eat more. Artificial sweeteners also include those little sweetener pill that you get to add to your tea or coffee. Remember the problems these sweeteners can cause then the message might take route and maybe you'll take action. Becoming a healthy person at your desired weight would be beneficial to you and your family. So don't just give in and except your situation, there are still things you can do to change your life for the better.
