Healthy Tips for Losing Weight

Are you really serious about improving your health? Are you tired of being sick and tired because of poor health? Are there three ways to jump start your body towards better health? The answer to the first two questions should be yes. The answer to the third question is definitely yes! So let me share three healthy tips for losing weight: ideas to get you off to a great start and on the road to better health.

Before I tell you about these three healthy tips for losing weight, let me share a story of a man I coached to better health using these three methods. Tom and I met as he was interested in fitness equpment for his home. I always talk to people about what they are trying to achieve when exercising and it usually always comes down to weight loss.

My next question is to ask “how do you eat?” Well for Tom it was lots of processed and high fat foods. Vegetables were not on his menu plan! He’s a single guy that would really rather avoid the kitchen, just eat fast food, and only snack at home.

Well, his health was suffering and he thought exercising would fix the problem. It was a good thing he ran into Franz. I had him try my healthy tips for losing weight for two weeks. After that he was hooked. He went on to lose twenty five pounds and developed an eating and exercise plan to keep fit. He got so interested in his own health that he tried a colon cleanse, all on his own.

So what are the three healthy tips for losing weight? Okay, here goes! First, don’t eat any foods that are white. What kinds of foods are white? Well, white sugar, white rice, milk products, pasta, etc. You get the idea! Now there are a few exceptions to this though. Healthy choices like fish, chicken, cauliflower, and turkey are okay. Just avoid the processed white foods!

Second, for two weeks drink only water. Don’t drink anything else. If you must have coffee, just have a cup of organic black coffee. Sometimes when people go cold turkey on the caffiene they get headaches from withdrawal. Can you add cream? . . . . . . .is it white? If you want to add lemon or lime to your water, by all means do so.

Third, don’t eat anything with wheat in it. Nothing! If it has wheat in the ingredients than avoid it. This may be tough for some people, but do you want to see results and get your bodies metabolism into the mode of burning fat? This is only for two weeks! This is a way to prove to yourself that you can commit to change and establish new habits.

These healthy tips for losing weight are Just for Two Weeks, and not for the rest of your life. Just eliminate wheat products, only drink water, and don’t eat white foods. Once you get through two weeks I bet you will be surprised that you may have shed a minimum of 10 pounds. Some of that weight loss may not be fat, but other things your body will shed in the detox process. That will be a good thing!

On week three you can start on a well rounded healthy whole foods eating plan. One that will keep you moving forward in your healthy weight loss goals of a couple of pounds a week. Do yourself a favor and don’t wait until you have eliminated all the bad foods in your house before you begin to eat healthfully! Why wait to make the change!
