If you have been living with stubborn belly fat and you been having a hard time getting rid of it then your in the right place. You see belly fat comes from the body storing fat left over from the foods we eat. The fat is stored all over the body but 70% of it is stored in the mid-section of the body. I had to learn the hard way i thought if i did not eat i could acheive the flat belly that I so desired. But boy was I wrong, you see the body stores fat so when it goes without food for a while it then uses that fat. Although your stomach may go down when you go a while without eating, it blows back up right after you have your first meal.

So know that we no starving ourselves want make our stomach go down here are a few tips that will guide you when trying to obtain that flat belly. You see its not all ways how much you eat it's what you eat. You can eat 3-4 times a day and still get that flat belly you been working so hard for. But it is good to have carbohydrates and protein in each meal depending on how much belly fat you are trying to lose around your waiste. Drinking a lot of water is a great way to flush the body of any toxients, try to stay away from sugar, juice and sweeten beverages.

The first thing you should do when trying to lose belly fat is throw away all fatty foods, greasy foods,sweeten foods and sweeten beverages. Below are a list of foods that you should try eating. I have broken them up in categories such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Ok lets start with breakfast diet. This is the most important meal of the day and it's not just a statement it really is. It helps the body get started and fuel up after a long night sleep. In eating a good breakfast it's not what you eat it's how much you eat. So a healthy breakfast will be a bowl of raisin bran, fiber one,frosted mini wheats. Toast and turkey bacon is also a healthy choice instead of pork bacon. Oatmeal and some warm cereals is also good as long as it's low in sugar

For lunch low fat salad, turkey sandwhich with fat free mayo, fat free yogurt, pecans, peanuts. A apple or orange is also good followed by a nice galss of water to flush any toxic in your body. These may seem like simple foods to eat but you would be surprise on how many people like to eat burger and fries and pizza for lunch these types of foods lead to belly fat and they are unhealthy and could lead to other health problems if not taken care of.

Last is dinner this a tricky one because it's in the evening and the body is setteling down. As you no there are two things that don't go together when it comes to getting a flat belly.Those things are eatting and settling down, you should not be eatting no later the 6:00p.m. When you eat it should be a full meal but not a heavy one. Meaning dont eat till your full you dont want all that fat sitting on your stomach while your sleep at night. A good meal to eat is something with protein like a lean steak, rice, brocoli, green beans, spinach, bake chicken, bake fish all meats should be low on seasoning.

These are just a few of the delicious healthy foods that you can eat. Along with a good workout plan you will be on your way to a flat belly in no time. Also keep in mind getting a flat belly is not going to be easy it takes discipline and sacrifice but it can be achieve if you want it bad enough.
