Well the food that you eat has an energy within it that can take control of you and become the master of you and you become the slave to it because the food has the same kind of power that you have. Without you even knowing it you gave up your power to it and therefore allowed it to detect how your life will become.

Taking the time to learn how to eat by eating to live instead of living to eat will turn everything around for you and you will be amazed at the progress you will start to accomplish. There will be no question about it because your feeling will tell you the story and it will be the story of your own life therefore it will be real to you and because your the only one that counts it will not matter what else is being said you will know that with out a shadow of a doubt you feel and look great.

So my friend there is only one thing to be focusing your thoughts on and that is to be true to your self right now in this moment to let go of the fear by becoming the strength that you are to the point that there is no one outside of yourself that has any answers for you. Getting it right for you is # one. Obesity or thin.

Now you and food have something going on. What is it to you? Take a deep breath and relax close your eyes and allow yourself to eat, eat all the food you can eat. How does that feel? What made you want to do that in the first place. There is something trying to tell you something and maybe now it's time to listen or maybe not, it's always up to you.
