DIET #1

The 5:2 Diet Designed on a principle known as intermittent fasting (IF) – where you eat normally for five days a week and fast on the other two days. There can be a lot of side effects in doing this so caution and see a Doctor first. Dieters on this 5:2 Journey have claimed on top of losing weight, that the 5:2 diet can improve lifespan, brain function and protect against conditions such as dementia and Alzheimer’s.? There are different versions of the 5:2 so pick one that suits you. Don't try this if your Diabetic, pregnant or prone to eating disorders.the-5-2-fast-diet-for-beginners

A 2012 study by NHS( National Health UK) also suggested that the 5:2 model may help to lower the risk of certain obesity-related cancers, such as breast cancer. Not everyone can safely fast. So if you can stick to 2 days a week fasting on restricted food and 5 days a week eating healthy your on a winner, if you can persevere the 2 days, minor side effects can be irritability insomnia, daytime naps bad breath and dehydration. There are Books available everywhere and online about this Diet and it may suit you, It works but research it fully for optimum Health and nutrition.

DIET # 2

The DUKAN DIET -is Basically a Low Carb - High Protein Diet In 4 Phases , Attack, Cruise, Stabilization and Consolidation. where you can EAT as much as you want PROVIDING you stick to the 4 phases, and the allowed foods in the 4 phases. You can eat a cow if you want, but if you cheat in the Phases the diet won't work successfully for you.. Most people attempting this Diet will lose a great deal of weight in phase 1 and in the other 3 phases it gets you into a healthy eating routine to maintain weight, eating most of the foods in a normal healthy Diet.dukan

Phase 1 The diet begins with you eating nothing but protein. For 5-10 days(the more weight you need to lose, the longer you’ll be on this phase)you will eat nothing but protein and drink 8 glasses of water a day.

Phase 1 is based around a list of 72 reasonably low-fat protein-rich foods, such as chicken, turkey, eggs, fish and fat-free Dairy. There is no limit to how much you can eat ,this is for an average of five days to achieve quick weight loss, Vegetables and carbs are not allowed (oat bran only for fibre), you can get bad breath, dizziness, be tired have nausea and constipation the first few weeks.

Phase 2 - You can now add Vegetables on a 50/50 ratio eat as much as you like as long as its 50/50 and NO AVOCADO. drink 8 glasses of water a day and alternate your 50/50 days with phase 1?

That Means Sun, Tues, Thur & Sat, you will eat protein/vegetable meals in a 50/50 ratio THEN Every Mon, Wed & Fri, you will eat only protein, the same way you did during phase 1. Confused YET?

Phase 3 Continue eating in the same fashion as did during phase 2 alternating protein only with protein/vegetable days , but now permitted 2 slices of bread and 1 serving of fruit and cheese everyday. then phase 4

Phase 4 - EAT what ever you want but once a week eat only Protein so think of Phase 4 as cheating for 6 days and dieting 1 day a week, The lack of whole grains, fruit and veg in the early stages of the diet could cause problems with nutrition , so be sure before you tackle this The aim of this Diet is gradual weight loss of up to 2 lb a week and to promote long-term weight management. The Diet will give you rapid weight loss but this van be harmful and unhealthy, you could need a vitamin supplement during this diet, and lack of variety of Foods can be boring at the start.

DIET # 3

The Latest is THE PALEO Diet: Also known as the Caveman or Stone Age diet, modern Paleo eating mimics the hunter-gatherer diet of our Paleolithic ancestors and promotes a diet that avoids grains, legumes and some dairy products in favour of lean meat, poultry, fish, seafood, eggs, fruit, non-starchy vegetables, nuts and seeds.

In 2012 the paleolithic diet has been labeled as being one of the "latest trends" in diets. This is based on how research . Last year it was the most Googled diet on the internet. From books – there are about 5000 Paleo books av ailable on Amazon – to restaurants, a whole industry now exists around the Paleo lifestyle. It's suggested there are good and bad points about this Diet many I wont go into as I would make a full site on only The Paleo Diet, and as there are opinions from health experts all around the world. I'll leave you to surf the web for answers if you think this Diet is for you, I think some of this Diet is Relevant in a balanced Diet.

Conclusion

So we have briefly explored some of the many Diets available here, and when next best Diet Guru will tell you, THIS IS IT -The ONLY Diet you will ever need?.. Dieting is a personal thing, we all aspire Health and by eating the right Foods, Vegetables lean meats, Good Dairy and grains, without over eating,we can all achieve a stable Healthy Weight for Age. A big part of any Diet is exercising regularly, limiting the junk food/ takeaways, and having some alcohol in moderation, Food For Thought?
