Extreme Body Makeover - Build Muscle Or Lose Fat

There is never a shortage of programs, products, or recommendations on the subject of body makeover or body transformation.

Often depending on the latest and greatest product at the time of your research, this will yield a wide and varied array of recommendations.

So how in the world do you make a decision and follow a path to that physically fit you that you are searching for?

  • First – Mindset. Know that you will reach the goal you set for yourself.
  • Second – Research. Do your due diligence in researching the available programs, products, and advice.
  • Third – Action. Take immediate and decisive action. If you can only take a small step at first, take it. Just make sure it is a step in the right direction; forward.

If you have allowed your physical appearance and health to deteriorate over a number of years you will undoubtedly need to lose some body fat and build or tone some muscle as well.

Fortunately, they can be done at the same time, and even more importantly, one helps the other occur naturally.

Any research you do will bring you to the understanding that increased muscle mass equates to a higher metabolism which in turn results in a higher amount of calories being burned. AKA burn more fat.

If building an Olympian contest winning body with slabs upon slabs of muscle is not your goal, I have great news for you!

Even a small to moderate increase in muscle mass will enable you to burn more fat, improve your physical appearance, and greatly increase your overall health and well-being.

Now that is definitely a recipe for success!

So I can transform my body fat into muscle at the same time?

Yes and no. Technically, building muscle mass and burning unwanted fat does not exactly happen at the same moment. But, while the two do not happen at the same TIME, they do happen within the same time PERIOD.

For this reason I am one to advocate against weighing yourself on a daily basis and becoming obsessed with what the scale reads. Your health, well-being, and physical appearance are more than just a number on a scale. As these things improve on a daily basis, you will begin to realize this.

When I started my journey with transform my body today, I soon realized that the number on the scale did not correctly reflect my improved physical appearance and health. True it is a starting indicator but not the end all.
