How To Lose Belly Fat Women

One of the most important factors to consider when trying to learn how to lose belly fat women is your food intake. Food has an incredible impact on those hardcore areas where the weight does not come off easy. Especially if you have ever dieted before, your body wants to hang on to that hard-earned fat. People don’t realize how hard it is to keep fat on your body. The general perception is that is takes a lot of work to be in shape and stay skinny. Well guess what? Being fat takes just as much work. You have to keep a consistent high calorie food intake every day. You can’t move around too much—you might exercise away some of the fat.

2) Sugar

3) High carbs

My mother-in-law can go cold turkey on quitting sugar. I can’t. I would have a nervous breakdown. But, I can follow a simple plan I created called, “Start, stop, continue.” This is great for people who don’t have the will power to simply quit all of your addictive foods.

Here’s how it works. You start doing things that are healthy. For example, start drinking more water. Start eating more fruits and vegetables. If this is hard for you, cheat. There are great supplement replacements for fruits and vegetables. You can also buy fruit/vegetable drinks. Or, sneak your fruits and vegetables into a smoothie.

Stop doing a few of the things you shouldn’t be doing. For example, one less candy bar today. Or, eat nuts instead of chocolate. Stop eating the whole bag of potato chips. Maybe take just a few. Stop eating when you feel full. You get the idea. You don’t have to do all of those things, just pick a few and work on them.

And finally, continue. Continue means to recognize the good habits you do have. Maybe you already drink plenty of water. That is a habit you want to continue. Maybe you have started walking every day…continue with that. Evaluate what you are doing and the habits that are good that you have already created. Those are good. Don’t stop doing them.

This method is a good way to create a healthy lifestyle. If you could drop everything in your life and go to a reality weight loss show, it would be a lot easier. You wouldn’t have the stress of day-to-day living. You would have food prepared for you and a coach directing your every move. But, back in the real world it takes one step at a time. I have found that if you makes those steps doable and change just as quickly as you are ready to—the results become more life changing. And in the end, you’ll lose more weight than a quick diet. You can also embrace your lifestyle changes and you don’t have to give up everything.
