4 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, egg whites and vanilla; add to the shredded zucchini. Mix dry and wet ingredients together until moistened. Pour into 12 muffin cups. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top of each muffin (batter). Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.

2. Healthy Tasty Snacks Option #2 - Strawberry Chocolate Smoothie
1 (20g) pkg Carnation Instant Breakfast, rich milk chocolate flavor
1 cup skim milk
6 oz low fat strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup whole frozen strawberries
Add all ingredients into blender. Blend for 1 minute. Indulge! Yield: 2 servings.
Nutritional Information: 140 calories, 0.5g fat, 9g protein, 2g fiber.
3. Healthy Tasty Snacks Option #3 - Chili Popcorn
1 qt popcorn, popped
1/2 Tbsp margarine, melted
1 1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Dash garlic powder
Mix the hot popcorn with the margarine. Mix the seasonings together well. Sprinkle them over the popcorn; mix well. Yield: 4 servings.
Nutritional Information (1 cup serving): 66 calories, 4g fat, 1g protein, 1.5g fiber.
4. Healthy Tasty Snacks Option #4 - Microwave Brownie
1 Tbsp whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp sugar (no substitutes)
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
Pinch of baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 Tbsp low fat vanilla yogurt (approximately; may need more to blend mixture)
Mix all ingredients. In a microwaveable dish, cook mixture in the microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute 20 seconds. Yield: 1 serving.
Nutritional Information: 95 calories, 1g fat, 2.5g protein, 2.5g fiber.
