How To Tone Up | Get Abs Fast

"How to tone up fast" I cannot believe how many times I hear those words, You have probably said it or at least thought it hundreds of times - Heck I've even said it a few times and I should know better! With body image becoming so important to everyone these days, everyone is wanting to know how to tone up fast or to get abs fast. lets face it, I think we all want a nice six pack!

So how to tone up fast?

First I want you to ask yourself, what is toning? and what does it really mean to tone up fast? Well first of all a lot of people make the common misconception of simply lifting weights to " tone up " their muscles. The word tone simply refers to the state of your muscles. Muscles can only do two things; Grow larger/ stronger or Shrink/ get weaker. The word tone refers to how lean you are which is going to show your muscles more and bring out more definition.

The first thing you want to do if you're wondering how to tone up or get abs fast is to create a diet. You can slave away in the gym trying to tone up fast by lifting heavy weights to get some definition in your muscles, but all this is going to do is make your muscles stronger/bigger, as I mentioned before. You need to reduce your body fat in order to tone up or get abs fast and the only way you are going to do this is by following a well planned diet and training schedule, as they say abs are made in the kitchen.

So how do you make a diet?

If you are really wanting to get abs fast and tone up fast then I want you to throw everything you thought you knew about dieting or "eating healthy" out the window. Simply cutting out junk food or eating healthier is certainly going to help you lose some weight, but we are talking about getting lean and being able to tone up fast. I hope I haven't scared you off, dieting doesn't have to be simply eating salads and being starving all day. You can actually eat a whole range of foods that are good for you and tasty as-well ! You probably aren't even eating enough meals a day at the moment, you might just be eating the wrong things. I'm not going to ramble on about nutrition and all the steps in making a diet because that could take forever, try do a little research on the basics of creating an effective diet and that will be more than enough.

I hope what I've said isn't too daunting, I'm not going to sugarcoat anything, because lets face it if it was so easy to get abs fast or tone up fast then everyone would have a six pack and look great and this information would be pointless because nobody would need to know how to tone up.
