You Go Girl! Show Them What You’ve Got

We all know that when it comes to having a six pack abs, men are the first in line to flaunt what they’ve got. Often times, we seldom see women having a perfect abs just flat curvaceous abdomen. Even when Shakira started shaking her hips and or J. Lo started to do her sexy grooves, one could say that they have a beautiful body but not a perfect body. Why? Because their abdomens are not yet fully developed although they have a flat stomach and that could be a good start.

Women nowadays are very competitive that some even tend to compete with men when it comes to having a perfect six abs. Who says that having a beautiful six pack is only for men to enjoy and women to adore? Not now, because women can now have that feeling of being adored by men for having a six pack abs. How you may ask? Then why not start from the very beginning? Go back to basics.

Basics I say because, it is really the foundation to a beautiful outcome. First is to lose some fats first. Having a six pack is not just a one-time big time deal. It needs a lot of effort and will coupled with discipline. That is the first step to get six packs for women especially because they tend to store fat easily due to hormonal changes that occurs to their body and the first area that they accumulate fats is in the stomach.

Losing fats in order to get six pack abs for women is done by starting to do cardio work outs. Simple jogging in the neighbourhood for 30 minutes every day plus rope jumping could be a good start to lose weight. Not only by doing workouts but by eating less dinner and more breakfast. I am not saying that you start skipping dinner but just to eat small amounts because you tend to be inactive after dinner unlike during breakfast wherein you require a lot of energy. Eating breakfast tends to give you more energy to do more work thus making you more productive for the day. Also do not forget to drink lots of water to replace the lost ones.

After you have successfully lost weight then you could now go to step two which is to build muscles. This helps you form you six pack abs because these are exercises meant for the abdomen. Start with doing some crunches, because this kind of exercise flexes you abdominal muscles. Then slowly begin doing sit ups. This relatively tones your abdominal muscle but apart from doing that proper body mechanics by exercising with a straight back, proper execution and upright position should be done to minimize muscle strain and to train your entire core as well. Doing those will prevent your body from pain. In addition, don’t forget to do some warm ups before doing exercise to prevent your muscles from tearing.
