Losing weight and becoming a better person is always shown to us it is a difficult thing. Well I disagree strongly, now that I have been through a life changing experience in the area of weight loss, I know that it is actually quite easy and tasty! If you care about yourself and are willing to change a few important things in life to feel amazing and lose all the unwanted fat on your body, I am here to share how I did it, still do it and always will!

Every Human body is biologically put together the same way, making us the same in our nutritional needs. Don't get me wrong! We are all unique and different in our own ways, but we all have the same requirements in life to thrive. Sure we can "survive" on foods not biologically designed for us , but I personally want to THRIVE in life rather than slowly die, and I am sure you do to! Becoming a high carb low fat vegan is the best most kind thing we could ever do for our bodies, the environment and animals in our world. There are many scams out there saying carbs are bad, those people who say that always have a supplement to sell you. They take away your fruit sugars so you crave and want what they are selling. It is a very smart way to sell something but it is very dishonest and cruel to others. I am here to tell you truth because I am 100% thriving in life.

Why Vegan you might ask? That is what we are designed for, humans do not enjoy eating bones, entrails, gristle, raw fat and flesh of animals. We would much rather Pet the animal.. humans mostly eat meat cooked and covered in dressings (usually sweet) bought at the store, packaged and coloured nicely to look appealing. In nature without tools or fire we would choose the peach tree instead of eating a wild rabbits flesh. On the other hand wolfs would love the rabbit and be completely oblivious to the peach tree.. why? We are designed to eat fruit. It is scientifically shown that fruit and leafy greens are optimal for human health and regeneration of our muscle tissues and cells. It is also scientifically proven that meat and dairy slowly cause the deterioration of our bodies. I could go way more in depth but I am keeping it short and sweet!

In simple terms , if you want to thrive you have to provide your body with the foods that it biologically needs. Taking it step by step was key for me cutting junk food, meat and dairy products out of my diet, then forming the perfect diet in which I can eat as much as I wanted but still lose weight. I eat 80% of my calories from carbs, 10% of my calories from fat , 10% of my calories from protein, with only fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds, I now feel the best i have felt. You also need to have activity in your life to be healthy, you can be slim on fruit but you cant get toned muscles just sitting around! So movement is also key! Create fun and exciting activities to do every day and get that blood pumping!

When applying these important things to yourself, you will see your world change. Not only will you over time have your perfect body, but a beautiful mind with vibrance and a life with meaning and passion. If you follow the program, everything good in the world will be attracted to you and you will finally feel alive! There are many people who can testify to following this program and I am totally and completely one of them! With this program on you can cure sickness, depression, low confidence, certain mental issues, bulimia, anorexia and many other illnesses.

The Standard American Diet (SAD diet) is the number one cause of the worlds diseases and illnesses, killing masses of people every year. Millions of animals are slaughtered damaging our earth extremely, making it very hard for plants, animals and even us to survive in these conditions. Who does not have the want to save the earth? I know I do, it all starts with saving ourselves, treating our bodies to the best foods possible(fruits, veggies) and drinking enough water every day.

To get the body, mind and spirit you always wanted to have is actually quite simple, you just have to apply all the things above and start eating the vibrant foods that love you back and having fun with movement! Creating a new life is always possible, you are never stuck in an unwanted situation, you always have the power to change, and change your situation.
