Lose Belly Workout

It's a new year and no doubt you have stumble across this article because your new year's resolution is to lose weight. Am I right? Well if I am I can read minds (I'm just messing) Well you have obviously found this article here because you want to learn a lose belly workout. So this indicates to me you want to shift some fat of your stomach from either pregeneracy or just in general would like to lose some fat in the belly region. Well that's fine I can help you, with this article by giving you a very good exercise that will help.

This is a good lose belly workout and you have probably heard of it or come across it before. It is known as plank row exercise. Why is this a good lose belly workout? Well simply because it will help you to tone and strengthen your belly, which is the target area for this exercise. As well as helping you to tone and strengthen, this lose belly workout routine will also help with shoulders and back muscles. So not only will you be targeting your belly. But this lose belly workout will help you in these two area's as well.

Now shall we move on to how to perform this lose belly workout. Well here it goes. A tip you can use a bottle of water if you don't have any dumbbells.

Now to begin with you should start in a sort of press up starting position with a hand placed on a sturdy bench or something else you can use maybe a table chair, and in your other free hand you should have dumbbell. Don’t have any dumbbells? then like I said above you can use a bottle of water as a replacement. But obviously if you can try and buy a set as they will come in handy. Make sure to breath out, keep your elbow at the side, and pull the weight up to your chest. take a Breath in, now lower the weight back into a starting position, this will complete a rep. You should now start to perform the same amount of reps for each arm. This is a great lose belly workout and I think you should or have some sort of routine in place and be doing it everyday
