What Makes A Weight Loss Training Program Great With Eating More

Many people think that if they are in a weight loss training program, they need to cut the food intake. They think that eating less would make better sense because that's where they came from before having a weight loss training program. Most of the time, coming from a lifestyle sitting down all day, it would really make sense that if you eat a lot, you will gain more weight obviously because of lack of physical activity to burn all those love handles and reserve energy up! The reality is that they are not really aware that splurging on a meal is what really makes them fat.

Let's take not having a breakfast as an example. The first meal that you will have is lunch time, and it's going to be one big meal. And then here comes your dinner treat! Perhaps an 18" Domino's Pizza and a chocolate for dessert. By the way almost 200 million Americans do this every day. Sometimes we just couldn’t find time to eat the entire day, and we often tell ourselves we don't have time to eat.

The truth is, even if you are enrolled in a weight loss training program, you will still get fat if you eat two or three big meals a day to satisfy your hunger. Now get this. If you can just eat small portions more frequently during the day, you can actually lose more weight! In any weight loss training program, this is what they refer to as "speeding up your metabolism". Cool right?

Moving on, the reason why you gain more fat when eating less frequently is that during the course of the day, your body gets hungrier and hungrier simply because your stomach can only digest food two to four hours before it gets hungry. Anything longer than that and it tells your body to store emergency reserves as fat. It is simply a survival mechanism of the body!

The answer to that depends on how you really want to give some effort. Let me give you a quick tip. Get yourself a lunchbox and prepare your meals the night before work!
