In 2013 , the paleo diet gained much popularity and easily became the most famous diet. Although , to this date there is much controversy among those in the health profession. There's still among many some say it gives awesome results while other don't seem to accept it.

This diet is based on the fact if our ancestors were known for predominantly eating foods they hunted and found. The results from this is they seemed to be very fit and were well off since there isn't much evidence of diseases they had.

It installs that we need to get back to eating raw animal and plants , anything from fish , meats , vegetables ,nuts , fruits . In todays age we tend to eat way to much sugar , diary , and grain food although there is the alternative version which is more conservative.   • We need a healthy mixture of fats mainly coming from unsaturated and saturated just for the sole purpose that all our cells are made of fats.
  • Among the proteins that are suggested in the paleo diet which makes a big emphasis on consuming fish since they're rich in protein and have a moderate amount of calories. In addition fish are packed with omega 3 fatty acid which play a huge role in our brain function.
  • This is a diet that really relies on the animals for it's protein consumption. This is really the best type of protein which helps us get the best out of our calories. Less calories with more proteins really results in maximal muscle mass.
  • We need our vegetables whether you like it or not they are essential and they should be a big part of your grocery list.
  • I know we have this assumption that all fruits are great. That's really not the case , we need to limit the fructose that's entering our body. Start reading your food label's because a banana isn't as good as a blueberry if your focusing on weight loss. Little stuff like substituting fruits can go a long way in making a difference.
