Exercise Without Exercising

What could I possibly mean by that. How the hell can you exercise without exercising. It just seems a bit crazy right. Well actually no it isn't. You see if you look at some of the things we do in our daily lives we could actually do them differently. Are you with me? No ok well, what I am basically saying is that there is no need to be pounding that treadmill every single day. Neither is there a need to be getting yourself down the gym every single day off the week trying to shed those pounds off.

We can exercise without exercising. Think about it people. At this very moment what are you doing. Well if you are reading this article then your on the internet. And I'm pretty sure you have some sort of social media site up aswell be it Facebook or Twitter right? (Well if you don't then apologies) What my point is here is to ditch social media, wherever it be Facebook, twitter, email, texting or whatever. Girls what happen to the good old chit chat on the phone aye? You know the one i'm talking about where your on the phone to your best friend for an hour talking about women things. This is where my point of exercise without exercising comes into action. Instead of sitting down on your sofa and having a chit chat. Wonder around the house and for every 20 minute phone call your looking at burning an extra 50 calories a day. Two telephone chats a day like that and you will lose 1.5lbs a month! Amazing stuff

The point being here is that its really good to have a chit chat with one of your friends if you get the chance to. Another tip, try walking up and down a flight of stairs in you house. This will help you lose leg fat extremely quick.

We all like to watch TV aswell don't we. This is where exercise without exercising comes into play again. Instead of watching soap shows, try watching some stand up comedy or something that is going to make you laugh. Why? Because Research has found that at least 10-15 minutes a day of laughter could mean you burn up to 40 calories. Tip: I love a site, its called Kill some Time, so many funny videos on there which can help you to get the laughter out.

So this is what I meant about exercise without exercising. See you don't really need to pound that treadmill as much as you thought you would. Try to look at things at a different perspective.
